BEHIND THE SCENES
When a job is published, recrouter parses the job and compares with a vast database of previously ranked jobs. The system also looks for groups of keywords to arrive at a list of applicable tags and scores.
The tags and scores are visible to the hiring team and can be adjusted to increase or decrease the filter criteria applied to advertised candidates.

A maximum of three advertised candidates will be displayed at any given time. The candidates displayed may change between views of the job as the algorithm continuously ranks and sorts newly submitted candidate profiles.
If a candidate is found suitable and further conversation is required, the employer can initiate contact with the advertising recruiter.
If the applicant is found suitable for hire, the employer only pays the hiring fees to the recruiter thus saving thousands of dollars in expensive job advertisements and other charges.
